Can someone give me good Workout routines and diet for a high school running back?

I’m gonna be trying out for football next year but all the players at my high school are really big and so are the players from the other schools. im only 5″8 157 pounds. Can someone give me a weekly workout routine and what foods i should eat to buff up and be ready for next year.
