@sweetkisses4uonly its better to do intervals which will work your heart rigorously because just walking off the calories won’t do anything for your metabolism. however, interval training will speed up your metabolism so that you burn more calories even when youre not working out

if someone is trying to burn 500 calories, do they have to run intervals or can they just walk it to lose weight fast? is it about the calories burned ultimately or is it important to work your heart rigorously?

When on the treadmill, what are your thoughts of speedwalking vs. jogging? I usually try and switch off a bit, like 1 minute jogging, then 2 minutes speedwalking with 5 pound dumbells. Sometimes I find jogging just ends up.. hurting me, haha. But when I speedwalk am I… working less? RAAH! Confusion!

What is the difference between HIIT and Tabata? Is it the ratio?
I have a major issue: I am losing weight in places where I don’t want to… for example I am starting to look anorexic on top BUT my thighs are still very flabby!! What do you recommend?!? And yes, I do “toning” exercises for my thighs. THANK YOU! I LOVE you both!!!

That’s Brilliant. I’m going to try thin HIIT thing with my runs 2 mins faster, 1 Min jog, With aerial cartwheels combined with some Martial arts. So how come I didn’t get sent anything on my email like the Tone It Up Tuesday workout N’ stuff like that? I didn’t unsubscribe or anything.

Hi, I heard that it’s better to workout in the morning rather than in the evening. I heard that this is because in the morning you burn more fat and in the evening you burn more muscle and not fat. do you know if this is true??
for the treadmill HIIT workout how fast should the cool down be?

@SprinGiddinessify We still workout….unless the cramps are so bad you can’t. It’s normal to fluctuate during you period, so don’t get discouraged
