www.Fitmix.net is aFREE interactive online fitness program. This home workout uses a body weight, and dumbbells. The focus of the workout is chest, triceps and shoulder. The fitmix.net system allows users to select a more focused workout like this one or a more randomized weekly routine that uses the registered users settings to determine what exercise groups and exercises are available from week to week.
