Chest Workout?

I am kind of dissapointed in my body type. I am looking to get rid of my chest. I am a male of course and I guess people call them “man boobs.” What type of workouts can I do to get rid of them and my stomach as well?

Without using a weight machine. Something I can do at home on a daily basis.

run, run, run. and do push ups and abdominal exercises. Proper diet is also a big deal. Not like a fad diet just eating right.

yeah listen to that guy. Also lay off of junk food, soft drinks, fast food, cut down on red meat. Eat lots of fruits and vegies.
