chest workout – male?

slim build 5’11 140lbs – question is i developed my chest / abs a bit and now have stopped / reduced my chest workouts / crunches / weightlifting and have sort of developed small man boobs – what workout routine can i do to reduce my chest definition and get rid of the man boobs ?

push ups and reduce fat in your diet. I am also trying to get rid of man boobs.

Manboobs are generally fat, so clean up your diet.

An easy program to develop your chest would be to do a set of pec flyes (db or on machine) with as much weight as you can do for 9-12 reps. Ok, immediately jump down and perform as many pushups as you can to failure.

What this does is pre-exhausts the pectoral muscles prior to hitting them with the pushups. Otherwise, your shoulders will tire before you get a substantial workout of the pectorals.

decline, incline, and regular bench presses. Also every type of pushups you can tink of. Try using those cable machines for your chest. And stretch your chest after your done working them out

It may be due to fat. So try to cut your fat and build your pecs. Concentrate on barbell bench presses and other chest exercises to add more muscle to your pecs.
