Could anyone suggest some good workout routines for before work and after?

I don’t have a Gym membership right now, So anything around the block or at the park or at home will really help, I want to hear from people that actually do these routines and have noticed some changes, Thank you much!

    heres what i do; I do 30 min of running early before breakfast so that you burn calories already stored in your body. After school I do the 300 workout all you need is a barbell. google the 300 workout.
