do morning workouts increase you weight lose?

I am a very busy man i wake up at six and go to school from eight to one o clock and i go straight to work from their until 5 not to mention the 30 to 60 min drive home and once i get home have dinner i finally workout so do i really need a morning workout

I don’t think so. As long as you’re getting adequate exercise regularly you should do well. Good luck.

hi.

I am busy too and I discovered that I can’t add cardio training in the morning, because I don’t have much time.

What I do:
1) after work I do weight training for 45min
2) After my weight training I do 30 min cardio training on veloergometer.

I think this is better that separate them, if you are busy. Of course results are better if you separate them, but anyway you are busy.

If you think that waking up early is not problem for you I suggest you to do your cardio in the morning for 30 min before your breakfast and do your weight training after work.
