Im 12 almost 13 and I decided that I want to lose weight and tone my body so can make this a healthy habit! Im 134 ibs 5″2 1/2 and im a female.I want to lose 10 pounds so does anybody know any Workouts videos, Fitness routines I can do? No diets please I can’t stand them! thx

i relay dont have a lot of videos but i think all you have to do is cut down on what you are eating and just go calistetics with your owen body weight and let me know how it goes
