Effective routines at the gym for a 14 year old?

i am 14 soon to be 15 and i want a good workout routine please help!!

jog 5 min
25 push ups
50 situps
25 push ups
25 inverse crunches
stretch
grapevines, high knees, but kicks, cherry pickers, shuffles, back run, 50%, 75%
15 handstand pushups
throw downs, ab workouts–lay on your back and raise your legs 2in, 6in, 12in, straight up….hold each for 30 seconds and work your way up. lay on your stomach prop yourself up on your elbows and feet make sure your back is flat and dont let anyother body part touch the ground. hold for 1 min
run staris 2 min on, 1 min off…..3 sets
run 100m, walk 100m. run 200m walk 100m. run 300m walk. run 400m(1 lap on a track) walk 100m. and go back down, 300, 200, 100,
5 min cool down jog
stretch

Go to elitefts.com. They have several suggestions on youth training. Also, defrancostraining.com has a template that works for most anyone.
