Hi, I’m 16 and have set up a gym at my house. The gym includes; a rowing machine, exercise bike, crosstrainer, punchbag, dumbells, barbells, a bench press and a multigym with, excuse me if I don’t know all the terms, a lateral pull down, bicep curler, fixed bench, pec-deck, leg raise and one or two other things which I don’t use.
I have set up a “rotation” of the room for muscular exercise, which is:
- 10 reps on bench
- 15 reps lateral pull down front
- 10 reps lateral pull down back
- 10 reps pec-deck
- 10 reps dumbells (each arm)
- 30 sit-ups
I make sure I do at least 5 of these rotations each time I go to do an exercise. I set the gym equipment to the weight with which I can just do the amount of reps on the rotation. My goal is to basically to have an all round toned body.
So my question is, do you approve of the routine I have set up for myself? Also, is there anything you could add to it? I’m grateful for any help you can give me.
