Fellas, what are some good workout routines to tone and build more muscle?

I already go to the gym and all, but my routine is getting boring. So I’d like to hear about some of your routines that you do. Thanks a lot!

I’m not a fella, but I’ll help you anyway since I’m a muscle lover!

The key is change. First, don’t just sit there doing the same exercises over and over. Pick a few each time you workout, then a different few the next time.

If you’re doing a split (back and biceps one day, chest and triceps another, and shoulders and legs the third day), try working one muscle group a day for a total of six days a week.

You say you want to tone but I’m all about bulking…give that a shot. It’s easier to tone the bulk you have than to try to build/tone at once.

Play around with super and giant sets, and powerlifting moves like the clean ‘n jerk and the power clean.

Now, you’re bored in the gym…but what does your DIET look like?

Hope this helps. Email me at strawberryriddick@gmail.com if you have more questions.

currently doing this 3 times a week… fullbody workout..

Workout A
5×5 Squat
5×5 Bench Press
1×5 Deadlift

Workout B
5×5 Squat
5×5 Standing military press
5×5 Pendlay Rows

i add 2,5% more poundage on each exercises a week…
like the above poster said do powerlifting moves… its all about moving pounds on heavy compound exercises if you want your bodies full potential.. they are superior
