i wish my girlfriend had abs like her maybe i’ll just make her do ab crunches everyday. she has to learn how to push her body past the hurting limit. maybe she should do 500 ab crunches a day. i need a gf with big biceps and a six-pack.

yeah hanging leg raises are good for building a nice big lower rectus abdominis but 5…. lmfao atleast 20 in each set. high rep sets (rather than heavey weight low rep sets) are the only thing that really build up core muscles. when i train core i do 60-40-30 of leg raises, then the same with decline cruch and then incline straight leg raise for the rectus abdominis i have a similar routine for obliques too. always make sure you lift your legs all the way to your chest!!!
