she shouldnt be sitting down on her break, her muscles are going to contract and then tighten up, and shes going to get craps.

This is part of a 20 minute cardio series: each exercise 8 sets of 20 seconds each with a 10 second rest in between.

I’m exhausted just watching it! You work hard, but have to admit your training is effective, I’m certainly getting results from your vids. Agree you should look to put together a fitness dvd of these programmes. I enjoy the relaxed approach of the commentary and the humour applied from watching you keel over in exhaustion, much more convincing than over workout videos you see, allows us all to know that being knackered is normal!

I love these video’s she shows great ways to workout. One small complaint I might have is the camera work is so all over the place. just a little more steady, little less tight on the zooms (unless she’s speaking, tight zoom on her when she speaks is nice.

You should put out a DVD. Then we can get the whole workout in high quality. Great stuff!
