FLEXIBILITY: DAILY JOINT EXERCISES

This routine is very simple and is suitable for people of all ages, all abilities, participating in all sports. Spend five minutes every morning flexing joints – feel better & younger for years to come. ATTENTION: When performing these exercises it is important to understand the purpose and to have a correct focus. These are NOT STRETCHING exercises, these are FLEXING exercises, so when you flex your arms and legs and the rest of the body to get your joints moving – do not think of stretching muscles think of bending your joints.

Fabulous demonstration that complements Chapter 35 of the original POSE method running book. While doing these flexibility exercises it’s important to achieve the joint movement by relaxing muscles, NOT stretching. Muscles ability to perform work is dependent on their ability to relax.
