Girls, what’s your usual workout? How often do you go to the gym?

I usually go to the gym everyday, and run a mile, bike for 20 minutes, and do weights for 15 minutes. Then I do situps and pushups, and run some more.

What are your workouts? And what do you do, and for how long? I’m looking to spice up my routine

I aim for 4-5 days a week.
I weight train 4 days a week and on those days I do 45 minutes of cardio.Lifting takes 45 minutes to an hour as well.
The fifth day I’ll do an hour of cardio (AMT or Arc Trainer).

If I cant’ get to the gym, I’ll do a home workout with bodyweight exercises and using a stability ball, medicine ball and dumbbells. That’s usually a 45 minute workout too.
I also just got a yoga dvd which I’ll be adding in since it’s hard to get to the gym with all the snow/lack of parking (I live in a city).

well im 15 and im a cross country and track runner so when im in season like in the fall and spring my workouts consist of whatever painfully hard workout my coach makes me do.. but off season which is right now:
i run every day sometimes skipping 1or2 days a week i run for about 4.5-6 miles each time at a decent pace
and then before bed i use and exercise ball and do squats, ab workouts, and alot of other workouts and then i also lift dumbells. currently i am 5 foot 5 or 5 foot 6 idk? and about 125 pounds
