Im a regular gym user and weight trainer, and im looking to change my routine for my back (Lats, Traps, lower back etc.). Can you all post me your back workouts that work, include how many reps per set and what exercises to include.

It seems that you feel incomplete with your workout routines. I recommend you to have an Arnold Schwarzenegger workout that will really work on your back.This program contains different types of fitness training that will bring you great results.
