I know a few things about eating right but i am trying to workout (cardio and some weights) but don’t know how long and exactly what to do. I heard that if you don’t keep your heart rate up you’ll just waste your time. Anyone know for a person 350+. How long to do running in place, walking to make it worth it and to start burning pounds and how to tone at the same time? Also do work on the bag and light boxing training. I need to get a routine together to follow so i make sure to fit it in my day. Any useful tips would be great. Thanks
