Helpfull gym workout routines to cut weight and show muscle?

Ima a 17 year old, 5’5…, 220 lbs kid that has a really “packed” body type. Theres alot of muscle underneath, but more fat on top. What is a helpful (routine/tip/secret)…..in cutting down this fat and showing more muscle and have a more “leaner” look?

Well whatever makes you feel the hungriest. Usually running works. Squats too. Around 500 every day should see the fat go away very fast.

Anything that you have to do for a long time (fat starts burning after 30 minutes of exercise in most people).
