Hi!
I’m looking for a good home workout routine for a 27 year old woman. I don’t mind working out daily. I actually love to work out. I just need a routine that will give me some results without the gym or equipment. More or less a list of things to do during my workout. Can’t afford to go to the gym anymore and my tummy is showing it. Any ideas????? Thank you!!!

Slim in 6 by Beachbody. It doesn’t cost that much. Go to Beachbody online and check it out. It really does work and it works fast. I have had it for years and see results within one to two weeks of doing it.
I hear P90x is the best home workout on the market.
Ive also heard from a few of my friends that theyve been able 2 find it on limewire.
Id say check it out if you can’t make it to the gym.
Otherwise, just do cardio around the neighborhood, and abdominal workouts at home.
There is an exercise show on in the morning, so sorry I do not remember all the info but it was good, you can query the net and it will give you time and channel, it was a Debbie something conducting the class.
walking up and down your stairs. this may get very boring….but instead of saying like, “im going to walk up and down my stairs for the next hour…make it something u do everytime u happen to come across stairs. Like if ur going down stairs when u get down go back up then down again. Then carry on. Then as u go back up, go up down and back up again. Do it everytime ur going up or down the stairs!
Although ur kids or husband might think ur a nut, i think it would be helpful if done everytime.
