I’ve been into kickboxing and biking as a workout to lose some weight and I find it effective, following with a sensible diet for weightloss. but the last 10 lbs is so hard to get rid. I didn’t change my diet or my workout routine. what should I do? should I lower my daily calorie more and do workout more? will that slower my metabolism if I lower my daily calorie more?
how come I stopped losing weight? i havent change my diet and workout?

Should you you want to shed weight try out the latest diet supplement, it cleans your insides and will rinse out up to 20 lbs from your torso. There is a risk free trial on offer at http://pocapewg.saxtondrive.com it is better than watching what you eat lol!
sounds like your body has hit a plateau. The reason a lot of people think the last bit of weight to lose is the hardest is because their body is too used to the workout routine you do. Try adding more to your workout or making it more intense to give your body a little wake up call and to kick your metabolism back up.
Usually wt happen, when your body is use too to the same activities or work out so your metabolism go slow. Its mean it will burn your calories but it will go slowly. The great news is u dont have to change your diet, but u have to change your workout. So i will just tell biking its great, but its wont really reduce your weight. Biking will give u more muscles to your abs, legs and thighs. So now u have to do some cardio. Try to do jogging or running depend on your stamina and if u dont like running or jogg u can always do walking, but u have to walk at least 10 000 steps per day.More u will have various activities, more u will loose weight.
i know excatly how you feel, in the month of november i lost 5kgs, through rigerous excersise but in the month of december i only lost 1.7kgs, and if anything i did more than i did in the mnth of november. Stick to it though, dont be disheartned
once your body gets used to the work out, it stays the same.
you need to make your work out more intense or longer, to push your body, or it wont lose weight.
its not the calories. it is just that ur body got used to ur work out.
(i learned this in health like 2 days ago! haha)
