How often do you go to the gym or workout and what’s your daily workout routine?

i do not go to a gym. i walk daily, stretch and practice deep breathing daily as well. i take a break from walking on sundays.

I’m there 5-7 days a week, it’s usually 6 days though. And I’m there for 2-3 hours each session. I do an hour to an hour and a half of cardio and then the rest of the time I’m strength training with weights. I work my whole body.

I go to the gym every day. I start with stretching then do 30 min cardio (usually running on treadmill or using elliptical) then at least 30 min strength/resistance training. The only day I don’t go is Sunday.

I hit the gym early, 5 a.m., so I can get it in before work. M,W,F I am doing 15 minutes on the Elliptical machine, upper body strength training for my arms, shoulders and back, and then finish up with 25 minutes on the treadmill. T & Th I do 45 minutes either on the treadmill or the elliptical. Saturday’s I’ve been hitting the trail near our house since the mornings have been nice and cool.

I just like to run, i do this a few times a week, as a way to clear the mind and listen to good music and exert energy.

I go 5 days/week

Workout routine depends on if i am bulking or cutting

On

Monday i work on chest

Incline,Decline,flat,flies,Pullover,Cable crossover

Tuesday-Back

Deadlift,Rows,Lat pulldown,Reverse rows

Wed-Off

Thursday-Shoulder

Shoulder press,lateral raises,machine press,power shrugs barbell and dumbbell,1 arm shoulder raises

Friday-Legs

Leg press,Leg exten,Squat,Leg curl,Calf raises

Satu-Arms

Alt dumb curl,Hammer curl,Preacher cul,Skull crushers.Tricep pushdown,Dumbbell overhead tricep pushdown.

On cutting i add cardio 1 hr/day for 5 days/week to those workout routine.

I have to restrict myself! If I go everyday and work hard at it, I find I get bored or get into the mindset that I’ve done so well i can relax. next thing I know I’ve eating too much or muscles relax. I don’t want to over do it… but I go three times a week for hard work outs, and other times its just to relax and take a slow walk or something. Those are my rest days where I still do some activity but its not for strength training.
