eat right, lift weights, run, run, run
Try to combine cardio with weight training. That’s the best thing! Also, cut out the alcohol, fast foods and fatty foods. Good luck.
If you want to be everything more than the average man, that sound like, in my opinion, you want to someday be BIG and MUSCULAR.
The only thing that will give you this goal is weightlifting.
I went from a medium shirt, to a xxl shirt. From 190 lbs, to my present 284 pounds. All from weightlifting.
If you want, write and tell me what equipment you have, if any, or if you plan to go to a gym. Then I can outline things that will make you big, bigger, bigger!!
Same as everyone else: Eat healthy, drink lots of water, and exercise regularly.
