Think chest and back instead. proper toning requires balance.
Then do pushups (for pecks) and pull ups (for lats). Lots of em.
Cardio workouts will reduce bodyfat, conditioning exersizes will build muscle, making them more pronounced.
Im not a fan of machines, or benching (being a girl). So this is just my take.
bench press and dumbbell flyes really work the pecs. try mastering the dumbbells first before moving onto barbell bench presses to really impress yourself when you actually get to doing them. try working your way up to doing a flat bench press set of 10 reps with 80 pounds dumbbells with each hand. if you can do that you can do a 1 rep 250-300lb barbell bench press easily and really have built pecs.
You can do cardio exercises to firm up your chest.
