i am 14 and want toner abs and some upper body strength.good diet/workout routine 2 help me lose weight/+tone?

Tone- Cardio 5x week 20 min 80% heart rate BEST
Body streangth- pushups, until you can do 50 elevated non stop, then go to like dumbells 5-10-15lbs, do about 5-12 reps, go heavy 5 reps medium at 7-8 reps, light 10-12 reps.

dumbbell exersises; curl, shoulder press, arnold press tricep ext. need more contact.
