I am using Tae Bo Amped and i am wondering is this a good workout routine?

I know eating heathly is the key i have been using Tae Bo Amped for around 2 weeks its been very good i feel very good after i am done but i just wanted to know is this a good workout plan becausei am making my own routine. So
Monday jump start cardio
Tuesday rockin abs
Wednesday rest and then
Thrusday fat burn accleratetor
Friday rockin abs
then the weekend rest i was wondering is this a good routine and is it good to workout your abs twice a week and cardio tiwce a week but the cardio workouts are at different levels fat burn is more intense and longer then jump start.

anything that keeps your heart rate up and keeps you motivated will help lose weight and stay in shape

If you find yourself reaching a plateau, which always happens, change the amount of calories you intake for about a week and change up your workout routine.

You should be very proud of yourself.
