I need a workout routine that will build muscle, not burn fat.?

ok. i’m 17 years old. im 5′ 10″, 121 lbs, and have 4% body fat. im not puny. i have muscle but im not that happy with my size. i workout with my dad but it feels like the workouts i do with him dont do anything for me.

don’t do cardio, just lift weights (heavy weights to build muscles).
