Hello,

How intense the workout will depend upon your size and how much weight muscles can lift, Because if you do more intense than your body could you will damage your muscles I will explain all body types and their routines. and some diet

For Skinny body:

6-8 reps maximum and 3-4 sets including warm-up set

For meduim:

8-12 reps and 4-6 reps

For heavy:

Just do some aerobic.

Diet is very simple yet effective:

Milk and eggs thats it. You can eat 3-4 eggs and 2-3 glasses or milk per day

You can increase these when your growth rate slows down

The most Important thing is don’t use machines for building mass. To build mass you need to pump iron means you need free weight. There are only two things in this Barbell, Dumbell, and bench which can turn into incline and flat. Buy this stuff and you are on your way.

And I specially recommend Arnold Schwarzenneger Here is the link for amazon and I am not selling this http://www.amazon.com/exec/obidos/ASIN/0684857219/ref=nosim/netconxbooks

I really Hope this helps for more info contact me here hkhan654@yahoo.com

Find a running partner and run at a park. Build yourself a step platform (24″ long, 12″ wide, 6″ high) out of 2x4s. Do push-ups, sit-ups and squat-thrusts. Ask a friend to keep you accountable. Join an online group like SparkPeople to track your exercise and goals.

Find a job that involves a lot of lifting and moving around.
I figure that if I’m going to do exercise, I might as well get paid for it.
You could also help people move or do yard work.
I see working out in a gym as a waste of human energy.

Try here for eating and exercise tips:

Also, do the following:
Exercise (intensely) one hour a day, 5 days a week
On the 2 days you don’t exercise, pick one of those days and either play tennis, ride a bicycle, do yoga/pilates. some relaxing sport…

For the intense exercise try:
Jogging 30 minutes in the morning
20 sit-ups
30 push-ups, or 25 push-ups with your legs on a chair or bed….that’s more intense. and your hands on the floor
20 jumping jacks

Do push-ups. Not only do they strengthen your arms, but also your back, stomach, and legs as well. I’d recommend hundredpushups.com

Also do some cardio training like running, but do it on a hill. Running both uphill and down exercises different muscles than simply running straight.

I wouldn’t recommend sit-ups, but you can do crunches instead.

And lots of stretching. Stretching is very good for you as it gets your blood flowing and lubricates your joints, as well as simply making you feel great!

Well, there are lots of workouts you can do at home. Push-ups, Sit-ups, Crunches, lunges, squats, thrusts, leg-lifts, and if you buy some dumbbells you can add curls, etc. I recommend figuring out how many you can do initially, and work out a pyramid regiment. Start low, move up, and then return to your low number. If you do this a few times a week, and increase the number as you move on, you will definitely see results.
