I need really good routines to workout?

I’m 21,5’1 and weight 115…I’m going to start going to the gym but before i need to know what I am going to be doing every time I go…I want to loose at least ten pounds and be tone up…so if anybody can help me get a routine to work out i really appreciate it thanks!

Make sure you stretch first!
Try doing some cardio first for about 15 mins
then go to some machines… to tone
or you could do push ups for the arms, leg lifts/ situps/ planks for abs
lunges for the bum
and don’t forget to stretch after!

If you don’t stretch b4 and after you can pull a muscle or end up with really tight muscles making it harder to workout the next time
