i want to build muscle. im 14 yrs old. workout routines and diets to help build muscles.?

IM 14 years old. i am 130 lbs i am skinny. i eat what i want and it doesnt show. i need a diet and workout routeen to build. abs, pecks, arm and neck muscles. i have acess the to school gym every day of the week. i just need help with a routine diet.

buy a kettlebell, check out bodybuilding.com, focus more on nutrition then your training at first!

First off, test for a week of how much you can ACTUALLY lift. When you have a good sense of how much you can then start to use routines that isolate your muscles, go watch “power 90 abs” and do what they do, it hurts but it gives you abs in less then a month, cut out oily and fat foods. Try concentrated bicep curls and shrugs for your other problems. for your pecs, dumbbell flys, decline and incline bench can help alot

HEY BUDDY,
The number one thing to remember when building muscle is that for every pound you weigh you have to eat one gram of protein and don’t be afraid to eat healthy fats like fat off of a steak and chicken stuff like that because your body needs fat and also carbohydrates to process all that new amount of protein. in my opinion the best thing for a young man like your self is that you build muscle density and also a good recovery time. you can build dense muscle by doing allot and i mean allot of push ups pull ups and allot of dips for upper body lower body you have to do sprints for big quick legs and a fast cardio recovery time. But lets face it at your age y0our not gonna get HUGE but you can prepare your muscles and tendons and also legimates for the long and hard road of body building.

No wonder it doesn’t show, You can’t just eat what you want and expect to get results. You have to follow a diet to help you build muscles.

I am adding link to stronglifts site. It’s great site which will give you starting point. You should check it out. I believe 5 X 5 is basic program that should be given to all the beginners.
