You should be able to lose five pounds in two weeks if you reduce your calories to about 1,200 and do pretty much any type of exercise. Sit ups do NOT cause you to lose abdominal fat, and leg lifts do NOT cause you to lose thigh fat. Only overall weight loss does that. The exercise is simply for muscle tone and enhanced weight loss.
It’s not going to happen in a week or two. You may lose weight but it takes time to tone.

Those huge bouncy balls (forgot the name but I have one)… use one of those and go running. In the package of the ball, usually there is like the poster that has all the different moves you can use to tone each part of the body. It works for me, and it is easy too
