Best Workout Routines for Men and Women

try doing weights…about 5lbs or so….for ur theighs id run or walk. For me personally, I do about 100 jumping jacks which work my caves and inner thighs. For abs try an exercise ball and do some crunches! good luck
To tone the muscles, resistance training. To burn the fat, cardiovascular work. Plus a healthy sensible diet and 3 months is plenty of time.
