I am new to working out, I feel more comfortable with Nautilus machines as a way to start and get a routine going and build new strength. Once I get comfy in the vgym I’ll switch and do a combination of free weights and machines.
Is working out with machines ok? Will they help build sttrength?

yes they are okay i mean free weights are better if u wanna get real serious id do both machine and free weights free weighs provide a greater use of muscles and wider range of motion better to build up
