I would like to gain 10-15 pounds of muscle by the summer any workout routines i should use?

I will not use any steroids I want it to be natural from just eating right and lifting weights does anyone know of a diet and workout plan I should use or where i could get one

protein. lot’s and lots of protein. found in meat, fish, milk, powder. Arnold….not even going to try and spell his last name….says that a bodybuilder should consume a gram and 1/2 of protein for every pound he/she weighs. then there’s creatine which is considered the “natural” steroid with no long-term side effects. personally I can’t take it because I am diabetic but if you’re not then you should have no problem. consult your doc about liver and kidney issues if you’re considering using it.

have you ever herd of the zone by barry sears its hard to explain just buy the book that will help you loose weight and keep the muscle here’s what I do for my work outs I do back and biceps one day chest and triceps another and then legs and shoulders also try doing strength which is 2-5 reps 4-6 sets that is building strength and keeping muscle, definition is18-25 reps 3-4 sets using a light to modersate weight to build cardiovascular rate, adn third is hypertrophy is 6-12 reps 2-6 sets shocks the muscle adn increases the muscle size so if your looking to build muscle hypertrophy is the best oone also don’t do any oneof these for more then 10 to 12 weeks at a time to give your body a change from one to another thats what I do. and do lots of cardio at lest 20-30 min hope this helps.
