Im 16, i want muscle, does creatine really work if i take it on a steady basis after workout routines?????????

I no its not the best thing to use. But dont tell me that. Just tell me the truth about it and tell me if it will work goo.

it will make you bigger but it will be water weight.. once you stop taking it you’ll lost most of the size

Well, it works well for some people and not for others. I suggest heavy weight training and then using whey protein.

alright man, coming from personal experience, creatine will make you big and it defintately make you stronger (those are great things), but, you should hold off another year to use it. You are still not done growing and there hasn;t been enough evidence to prove that creatine does not affect growth or physical maturity. Also, again, from personal experiences, creatine will make you fat and if you stop taking it you will lose the muscle and some of the strength. Hope that helps.
