I’m a 21 yr. old female and I need a workout that will completely tone up my body when I’m at the gym.

I am 21 and weigh 120 lbs. I need a workout that will advise me day- by- day what I can do when I’m at the gym. I usually just end up doing cardio when I’m there because I don’t know how to lift weight or use dumbells with the proper forms or methods I see other people doing. I’m looking for easy directions or even pictures about how to preform the exercises and preferebly a workout routine that I can use. I need a workout schedule that incorporates dumbells and even machines that will be assigned each day and a schedule telling me when to preform each specific exercise. Please Help!!!! If you have an informative website that will work too! Thanks!!
