So yeah i just want a workout to do and what foods to eat (name what it is though). My family are saying your not fat but i feel fat, mostly feel bloated all the time. So will push ups help with losing weight? I use to do push ups but everytime i lean forward the bottom of my back clicks its painful:S. Anyother workout’s i can do just around home to lose weight.
P-s I have man boobs lol.

the best work out is everything sit ups push ups and jogging or you could try walking faster to desitinations.
the food you should eat are carbohydrates pasta etc.
