I’m getting bored with my workout routine. Any ideas to shake it up?

I do machines for legs and back, free weights for biceps and triceps, and situps both on the floor and with a Swiss ball.

what about aerobics? running, power walking? alternate some cardio with the weights

Legs-reverse lunges with weights after you’ve done them without. Back-Bent arm rows, reverse flies. Machines for biceps and triceps. Abs-Pilate’s, yoga would be good for strength and flexibility.

Try benching! You will gradually work up to your body weight, and oh man, the rush you feel when you bench 5lbs more than you weigh is unreal!
