I’m a 33 year old man, about 183 – 185 pounds, and I’d really like to get down another 15 pounds or so. Right now I’m in the process of adjusting to a better diet, ie more fruits, veggies, fish, teas, less fats and sugars and whatnot. I’m also doing pushups and situps at home and working with light weights. I occasionally hike (in Colorado, so intense hiking), but not consistently enough, and I’m also trying to walk at least a couple miles during slow times at work.
So, should I suppliment all that with some jogging?

A fast paced walk is healthier than a jog – less stress to the legs and shins. If you have access to a pool, swimming is even better! Try a local gym or the Y for an aerobic or one of the new dance for fitness classes. Burn the calories, make friends and have more fun!! Good luck with the weight loss.
