i want to lose weight and inches without being bulky and muscley like the guys
is there a workout routine that will allow me to lose weight and get toned without gaining muscle mass?

You don’t have to worry about that, women don’t naturally build the amount of muscle guys do. When you work out use lighter weights. Heavy weights build muscle. By the way, to lose weight you need to concentrate on your diet. Exercise will burn calories but if you overeat or eat the wrong things you will not lose weight.
