		<description>LMAO, WTF are up and downs, you need to learn the names of it for anyone to know, but it sounds to me like your working on stomach muscles and only one arm muscle, my guess by up and downs is that you mean curls, but your explanation on them makes no sense, btw you d ont want to do your lifts fast, all slow.... up the weight please.... come on anyone can do 10 pound weights... lmao..... do 15-20</description>
