@Fazioenterprise Haters are everywhere. U are wright iff they don’t understand it it is out of their leage. I even had a Fitness Instructeur (big heavy pumped up guy) who could not even do proper chin ups. before he tried to wok out with me at 1 of my demo’s he laughed with his friends. After they saw him fail they al went home fast haha. Do not let the Haters get 2 u man…. Great work out btw.. Peace

@shootingman99 Hey thanks bro, glad u like the vid…. Ya this was just a quick demo of variations… The standing dumbell figure 8′s that i made up in the vid, is a beast of a exercise… Give it try with 10′s or 15s at the end of a back or shoulder workout.
also one question man can you do 1 handed pullups yet and how many bodyweight pullups can you bust out?
