What do you do now & how much fat do you still have (if any?) I dont do weights, but pushups & overhand pullups have made given me great pecs.
A few weeks wont cut it, give it a few more.
i would buy the book idiots guide to body sculpting , has so great pointers!!!
DO “interval training” and “circuit training”. And when you bench press, use dumb bells and not the barbell.
