hey guys I have a few questions… Im a smaller guy 120 pounds. I have been heavy lifting for 2 months. I have seen gians. But Im wondering what to eat and how muh whey protien to take everyday on workout days and non workout days. I work out back/biceps monday, wendsday I workout chest/triceps and friday I workout legs. Is this a good routine. I need to know how to eat to achieve fat lose and muscle gain and get that six pack! THX to anyone who helps

@VinceDelMonte Hi Vince, I want to start this 4 week program. Should I be working out everyday for a month? I’m wondering if I should do the workout 3 times a week. I don’t want to overtrain.

Hey vince i watch all your videos, and i must say, You really know what to do.

Latley ive been noticing something, Say im doing bicep curls, Ive been using the same 10lb dumbell for a good 2 months, Yes i know pathic 10lb but anyways back to my problem, Ive noticed i cant lift anymore then 10lb still, But!!! my biceps have grown in size, But not strength?

So what you do this workout for a whole week? I assume 4 times a week? Oye, I tried it, took a day off to build up, and today I have to do this again, but I’m still sore!!! lol

hay i just got some ironman lever latch dumbbells, an i dont have a bench no room. i want to do this program, but i need it with dumbbells??????help me out here
