hey guys I have a few questions… Im a smaller guy 120 pounds. I have been heavy lifting for 2 months. I have seen gians. But Im wondering what to eat and how muh whey protien to take everyday on workout days and non workout days. I work out back/biceps monday, wendsday I workout chest/triceps and friday I workout legs. Is this a good routine. I need to know how to eat to achieve fat lose and muscle gain and get that six pack! THX to anyone who helps

Latley ive been noticing something, Say im doing bicep curls, Ive been using the same 10lb dumbell for a good 2 months, Yes i know pathic 10lb but anyways back to my problem, Ive noticed i cant lift anymore then 10lb still, But!!! my biceps have grown in size, But not strength?
