Terry Crews showed his workout routines to get ready for his movies. He showed his routine on bodybuilding.com channel on youtube. The workout is called 24′s its 4 exercises all 6 reps no rest in between. He was getting ready for The Expendables movie. @Johnson0983 Thanks alot man! Yea try it out 4-5 sets of this routine is the real deal. Oh yea by the way I’m working on the video for the “How to do a superman pushup” today! I will let you know when its done.

@souljagurlsha yea your right I was working hard, I can’t dance like him so i figure I will at least workout like him, lol. Oh yea as for the jump squats i have to do the baby jumps I try not to show off and jump out the room, lol.
