@ry4nx ooo tough guy over the internet.. well i can do 50 dips in a row then 20 chinups in a row no problem with a minute rest maybe 90 seconds inbetween then repeat 5 times.. oh what wait… i guess i did 250 dips FAGGOT

100 chin-up is doable for me, 200 dips are way out of reach. I got to work on them hard.

It would take me like 2 hours to do that lol. i can only do like 5 chin ups at a time and probably 6-8 of the Dips at once. In 50 mins I’d Probably have 30-50 of each in 50 mins.
