HI im a 15 year old male, 5’10, and i weigh 254lbs. i want to lose atleast 40lbs (but more) by next september (football season) because i want to play a positon that calls for a smaller man. please help,workout routines, meals, healthy snacks, whatever, just help me,please.

OK I’m 12 and I’m a girl lol but my brother had the same problem Sept he was like 240 O_O he ran 3 miles a day he ran up and down stairs ate healthy non fatty foods. did track and when football season came around he was 198! i was so proud of him! just focus on pushing yourself even if your body says no! good luck luv :]
Ok Dude I did the same thing I was 13 and weighed 190lbs, but I lost it. What you have to do is you have to keep yourself busy so that you don’t think about food. Than you have to imagine in your head that there is a croud of people Cheering at you, saying,” You can do it,” or, ” You rock and can do anything.” Than you go to the gym for 3 hours about 2 times a week. You just jog at the gym or lift weights and if you keep it up you should loose lots of weight, But it won’t happen over night and it won’t come easy. Good Luck!
