		<description>Ok Dude I did the same thing I was 13 and weighed 190lbs, but I lost it. What you have to do is you have to keep yourself busy so that you don&#039;t think about food. Than you have to imagine in your head that there is a croud of people Cheering at you, saying,&quot; You can do it,&quot; or, &quot; You rock and can do anything.&quot; Than you go to the gym for 3 hours about 2 times a week. You just jog at the gym or lift weights and if you keep it up you should loose lots of weight, But it won&#039;t happen over night and it won&#039;t come easy. Good Luck!</description>

		<description>OK I&#039;m 12 and I&#039;m a girl lol but my brother had the same problem Sept he was like 240 O_O he ran 3 miles a day he ran up and down stairs ate healthy non fatty foods. did track and when football season came around he was 198! i was so proud of him! just focus on pushing yourself even if your body says no! good luck luv :]</description>
