the hardest ab exercises are the ones that involve your legs. Lay down on your back all stretched out and without bending your knees lift your legs to a 45 degree slowly and down. Do this 100 times and you’ll feel the burn! :-)

Abs are made in the kitchen, not in the gym……diet and plenty of water
