I am 15 years old.
I take whey, just started on superpump 250, and used to take amplified creatine 189 from GNC and liked it a lot.
I am 6′ 1″ about 182lbs.
i want bigger, better looking muscles. i dont want to get fatter…thats what i mean by “bigger”
What are the best supplements and workout routines to get bigger for football and more cut and defined?

that’s fine. it’s all marketing. Protein is protein, creatine is creatine. however, you can’t bulk and cut at the same time. If you want to bulk, then you gotta eat and gain weight. Hence, not cutting. You wanna cut, and look more define? then you diet, and lose fat while trying to maintain muscle. They are opposite procedures, you can’t do it. You think bodybuilders when they are not doing competitions look like they do when they are on stage? Uh, no.
For any sport, the best lifts will come from similar movements, or type of movements.
Football is explosive, each play lasting on average of about 7 seconds, so you are best off doing explosive lifts. Powercleins, handcleins, jump split squat.
Then similar movements, like tire flips, tire pull.
My friend is a really good football player and right now he’s bulking. After that you cut so you’ll get bigger muscles. As one user already said it’s all marketing and is no magic powder for making you bigger. I’d actually recommend to buy protein powder from a local health food store as yours most likely contains corn syrup and a bunch of sugar.
