Hi, i’ve started workout recently (4-5 months) and i’m still unsure which is the best workout routine for me. Whether i should go 1 muscle group a day for 5 times a week, or 2-3 muscle group a day, or maybe even full body workout each time.
Anyone experience care to shed some tips? Im consuming protein shake btw, so i’m limiting my workout to 1h-1h30m.
